Job Description
Global People Strategist is seeking to hire a part-time contractor to create new content and research international compliance statutes for ongoing database maintenance.
The primary responsibilities of the international compliance researcher are to provide excellent writing, research, and editing support. The incumbent will use primary sources to create original content on topics concerning international employment and governance.
Success in this role is greatly dependent on: accuracy of work, time management, ability to work independently with minimal oversight, and an innate curiosity to hunt down information as assigned.
This is a remote contract position and candidates worldwide are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must provide 2-3 writing samples as part of the application. Individuals selected for a final interview will take part in a writing/research exercise before the interview. Please note that we will not review your application without the writing samples included.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Exceptional English skills (reading and writing)
- Bachelor’s Degree in political science, international relations, journalism, communications, library science, or related field
- Strong research skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer and typing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with French or Spanish
- International experience
- Personal interest in international employment law
- Comfortable learning new technology
