Bachelor of Accounting
CA/CIMA/CFA/CIA/CISA will be an added advantage

At least 1 to 3 years continuous relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.

โข Understanding of internal methodologies and techniques, including data analytics.
โข Knowledge of Internal Auditing Standards.
โข Understanding of Business Operations.

โข Good communication and presentation skills.
โข Ability to influence and analytical thinking.
โข Proven team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
โข Ability to build relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.

โข Conduct audits, adhoc assignments and prepare timely reports in line with the audit work plan.
โข Participate in establishing a risk- based audit plan.
โข Review the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the Letshegoโs functions and identify improvement opportunities.
โข Discuss audit findings with the process owners and agree on action for improvement.
โข Follow-up on implementation of action plans.
โข Prepare written audit reports for each audit engagement.
โข Demonstrate flexibility and takes responsibility for completing the work plan.
