Description
- To effectively manage Vodacom Lesotho’s Mobile Core Network quality assurance and ensure service continuity.
Job Responsibility
- The proactive monitoring and administration of all Mobile Core elements in order to ensure that all relevant performance related KPI’ are consistently met
- The continuous follow up on optimization plans of the Mobile Core network to improve performance and stability of the network and its elements
- Management of issues on all Mobile Core elements in order to ensure that problems are effectively tracked to resolution to minimize service disruptions and downtime
