Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT team to provide general IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure in a startup environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain websites, with a specific emphasis on WordPress-based projects.
- Work on custom theme and plugin development for WordPress sites
- Administer cPanel hosting environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures across the organization’s IT systems.
- Assist in the management of IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions into various business processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development and IT.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or just completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of general IT concepts, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience or interest in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
- Basic knowledge of cPanel and web hosting administration. (An advantage)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- A personal computer is required for work.
