Description

Duration: 12 months

Reporting to the HR Services Manager, the HR Services Advisor is responsible for providing support services offering advice based on HR procedures to employees and managers, spanning basic pay queries, benefits and other HR transactions.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivers simple, reliable, employee centric HR processes and services
  • Solves employee queries within agreed timelines or according the service level agreements in place.
  • Delivers and works with relevant stakeholders to conduct onboarding process for all new starters
  • Supports the HR Services Manager in the transformation of the HR function’s operational efficiency through standard processes and integrated systems.
  • Works hand-in-hand with other Centres of Expertise including the HRBP’s to ensure that staff data is up to date in HR systems and continuously improves HR data integrity.
  • Delivers enhanced employee experience through automations and digital channels while also meeting defined SLA’s
  • Ensures accurate processing of data flow from HR Systems for the purposes of improved and accurate payroll data integrity for all employees
  • Coordinates efforts between payroll and other external stakeholders for all payroll related and relevant information sharing

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Must have no working experience.
  •  Must be 27 years old or younger and submit a certified ID as proof
  •  Must be a Lesotho citizen by Birth/Naturalization.
  • Must have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
