Job Purpose

To maintain and support applications integration between the internal Bank systems and also where there is integration with the third parties. To implement efficient and effective monitoring on all integration points. Ensure that governance processes are followed by all times for any changes and all changes are documents is per the requirements. Ensure Quality Assurance of new and added integration functionality deployed into Production.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Maintain and support Subject Matter Expert level of integration
  • Adhere to Governance Processes at all times.
  • Provide excellent Customer service.
  • Drive optimization of Business processes.
  • Adhere to Project Scope and Functional.
  • Document integration requirements
  • Ensure Quality Assurance of new and added integration functionality deployed into Production.
  • Achieve optimal Mean Time to Repair on all system faults. 
  • Attainment of satisfactory audits. 
  • High availability of Disaster Recovery Systems and successful testing of DRPs.
  • Operate within the agreed budgets.
  • Efficient and effective monitoring on all integration points. 
  • It is the incumbent’s responsibility to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of all expected output from the integration(s).
  • Liaise with ETS Integration Support from Group
  • Design reports as requested by Business.
  • Monitor and ensure that, integration standards and policies are all adhered to.
  • Manage the installation and support on banks’ integration systems.
  • Partner with Projects Office

Preferred Qualification and Experience

  • A recognized Degree in Information Systems/Technology
  • At least 5 years working experience

Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise

  • Knowledge of *Nix/Microsoft OS with certification in at least one of these
  • Strong leadership skills and staff supervision skills
  • Knowledge of Json and XML
  • Knowledge of Integration technologies (Restful, MQSeries)
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Database Management Systems especially Oracle
