Ideal Candidate
* Must have a strong sales background with exposure to different types of leads
* Able to speak English and Afrikaans or Zulu
* Must have worked in a call centre as a sales consultant or have done extensive telephonic sales
* Self-motivated, self-managed and money hungry and energetic individuals
* Positive go-getter attitude
* Reliable and remarkable attendance record
* Impeccable outbound sales experience and generating referral leads
* It is preferable that you have sound knowledge and experience in the insurance industry
* Effective communication (Written and Telephonic)
* Excellent ability to link needs with our offerings and handle objections
* Durban based candidates preferable
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office
* FAIS accredited and RE5 an advantage
* Insurance background an advantage
* Must have Matric and clear criminal record
* Must have own or reliable transport, may will be required to work the later shifts.
