Job Description

To apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.

  • Provide accurate and reliable sales statistics through daily cash-ups.
  • Analyse competitor information gathered and ensure active monitoring of market trends and influencers.
  • Identify new business opportunities that impact on the industry.
  • Check all transactions on a daily basis to ensure new business applications are closed within appropriate timelines.
  • Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase own sales results.
  • Cross-sell insurance to the FNB base.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the Retail and CCIB revenue targets.
  • Support both Retail and CCIB teams to ensure that insurance business is done on time.
  • Support the Commercial banking team and RMs to ensure that insurance requirements are sourced and placed with the approved underwriters.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met by ensuring compliance to the insurance act and SLA’s.
  • Cross-sell insurance to the FNB base.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the Retail and Commercial revenue targets
