Insurance Sales Agent (Private Sector Focus)

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team. The successful candidates will focus primarily on acquiring and servicing clients, helping individuals, professionals, and private businesses access insurance solutions that protect their financial well-being.
This role is ideal for energetic sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, identifying client needs, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell the company’s insurance products to clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documentation.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and policy support.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s licence (optional, if applicable).
