To implement, manage and execute asset care routines for the generation of Quality results, in order to optimize
assurance equipment reliability and availability for the value.

Competence Requirements

Minimum of N6 Instrumentation.

Completion of the relevant trade test is a must.

Packaging and / or Brewing experience is preferable Be prepared to be on stand-by and respond to call-outs May be

called on to do shift work and overtime as necessary

Output and Accountabilities

Implementation, management, and execution of maintenance and calibration schedules.

Auditing and improvement of maintenance and calibration schedules.

Verification of Q.C. equipment.

Troubleshooting and root cause identification.

Record keeping. Data interrogation, interpretation and trend analysis.

Training, coaching and mentoring of Q.C. and plant personnel. Development of manuals, work instructions and work-aids.

Conducting trials and surveys.

Supplier liaison.

Compliance with housekeeping, health and safety standards.
