Hlotse Computer Training Centre (HCTC) is expanding its academic team and invites applications from qualified, experienced, and passionate professionals to join the institution as Full-Time Instructors.
The centre is seeking instructors who can deliver both theoretical and practical training while preparing students for the modern ICT industry.
Position: Instructor – Graphic Design & Multimedia
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
Required Technical Skills
Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software
- Photography and photo editing
- Branding and visual identity design
- Motion graphics
- Digital illustration
- Print production
- Social media content design
Added Advantage:
- UI/UX Design
Applicants with a strong design portfolio will have an added advantage.
General Requirements
Applicants should:
- Have at least one (1) year of teaching experience
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be passionate about teaching and mentoring students
- Be able to prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively
