• INSTALLATIONS SUPERVISOR
Maseru
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position is tenable at LEC Headquarters in Maseru and the incumbent will report to the Small Customers Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Plus 5 years relevant experience.
• B-Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE, PROGRESSION & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Computer literacy and report writing skills are essential
• Methodical and disciplined approach to work
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Driver’s Licence is an essential requirement.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the following:
• Preparations meter commissioning after liaison with regional offices.
• Developing and reviewing guidelines for commissioning of meters and continuous updates of database.
• Preparations of prepayment meter quotations, installations and allocates meter installations for down grading.
• Attending to customer queries relating to meter commissioning and installations.
• Supervising installation of prepaid meters.
• Coordinating relocation of meters.
• Coordinating and updating metering GIS system.
• Compiling and analysing sectional reports.
