Solar Lights Pty Ltd is expanding its team and invites applications from qualified, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our growing operations in the renewable energy sector.
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘅𝟭𝟬
Location: Various districts across Lesotho
Contract Type: Temporary
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Certificate or diploma in solar installation, electrical engineering, or related field
• Install and maintain solar PV systems at customer sites
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with installation protocols
• Educate households on proper use and basic maintenance
• Maintain accurate installation records
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in solar PV installation
• Basic understanding of solar system components (panels, batteries, inverters)
• Must be willing to travel and work in rural communities
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Fluency in Sesotho; English is an added advantage
