1. Overview
The Examinations Council of Lesotho (ECoL) invites sealed bids from Category B Contractors for the installation of suspended ceiling, drywall, and paving at the ECoL Centre New Building.

4. Mandatory Documents
Bidders must submit the following valid documents:
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Trader’s Licence
- Certificate of Bona Fide Bidding
- Ministry of Public Works Registration Certificate
Documents must be originals or certified copies from the issuing authority (e.g., LRA, Trade Department). Non-compliance may invalidate a bid.
5. Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar works
- Successful completion of similar contracts worth at least M800,000.00 in the past 3 years
- Evidence of capital or credit lines of not less than M1,000,000.00
