Installation & Faults Supervisor

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above‑mentioned position. The position is tenable in the Customer Experience Division. The incumbent will be responsible to the Small Customers Manager.
Qualifications, Experience & Other Requirements
• BSc Electrical Engineering, BEng in Electrical Engineering, or BTech Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
• Computer literacy and report‑writing skills are essential
• Valid driver’s licence
Key Performance Areas
Meter Commissioning
• Develop and review guidelines for commissioning of meters
• Allocate lists of meters to be commissioned
• Maintain and update the meter commissioning database
• Resolve customer queries relating to meter commissioning and installations
Meter Installation and Maintenance
• Supervise installation of prepaid meters
• Allocate meter installations for downgrading
• Coordinate relocation of meters
• Supervise meter replacements
GIS Maintenance and Technical Control
• Continuously update the metering GIS database
• Inspect completed installations
