We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to cold call real estate leads. This role will not transition to be a Real Estate Agent. However, there are opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

  • Previous phone sales experience.
  • 20 hours/week availability.
  • Strong internet connection.
  • Good working headset that works with your PC or Mac.
  • Remote experience is a plus.

  • Able to take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness.
  • Willing to track your productivity and sales metrics on your own and in regular accountability meetings.
  • Trustworthy and tenacious, in addition to hitting aggressive goals, we have to know that we can trust you with sensitive information regarding associates, customers, and finances.

What will you do?

  • Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Equally rigorous follow up from initial contact through the listing agreements
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and listing targets

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Outbound cold calling to generate leads and then convert those leads to appointments
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation to real estate agents prior to appointments
  • Manage database of leads to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • Learning based
  • Team player
  • No real estate license required.
  • Demonstrable record of sales success against quotas

Compensation

As an entry-level role, this position is limited to 25 hours a week.

The base hourly pay is $15 per hour, plus bonus and commission. After a successful 90-day assessment period, the hourly rate limit shall be increased to $18 per hour. When the Inside Sales Associate consistently exceed productivity and appointment setting targets, the hourly rate limit shall be further increased.

It is also important to note that the team always looks to promote from within so—as the Multifamily Group expands across cities (and eventually, states)—there will be many opportunities for the Inside Sales Associate to take on challenging and rewarding leadership roles.
