We operate by supporting and drawing on the grounded innovations of civil society; identifying and incubating breakthrough strategies; engaging in policy processes, and developing strategic coalitions and public advocacy.
 
We are recruiting for an Innovation Manager to work in our team, leading grant-making towards the achievement of our goals in the Enable All Young People to Get Their First Decent Job portfolio.
 
The Innovation Manager will work within a team and take responsibility for:
Reviewing and processing applications for funding;
Working with grantees to understand, refine, and motivate for grant allocations in line with our strategy;
Supporting grantees to maximise their effectiveness; and
Draw on the learning emerging from grantee experience and innovations to feed into and further the overall work towards our goals.
To be a good fit for this role you must possess:
A minimum undergraduate degree;
At least 3 – 5 years of full-time work experience in civil society sector, development, public administration or equivalent;
Self-motivated, and work independently;
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a team player; and
A sense of innate curiosity, empathy, the ability to connect the dots, and enjoyment in engaging in a wide range of work.
