Vishan Clothing is a growing garment manufacturing company committed to quality craftsmanship and efficient production. We are looking for a skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Mechanic to join our team and ensure our production equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial sewing machines (single-needle, overlock, flatlock, buttonhole, bar tack machines).
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out timely repairs.
- Replace worn or defective parts and ensure machines are properly calibrated.
- Keep maintenance records and report recurring issues.
- Work closely with production staff to ensure minimal disruption to the workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Sewing Machine Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and understand machine manuals and technical diagrams.
- Experience in the garment manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Technical certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
