Description of the Assignment:
The Government of Lesotho, through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MoFDP), with support from UNDP under the Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF) Facility, seeks to engage an individual consultant to strengthen aid coordination mechanisms. The assignment aims to enhance the effectiveness, transparency, and alignment of development cooperation with national priorities, particularly in the context of the Lesotho Partnership Policy (2023). The consultant will assess current systems, tools, and institutional capacities and develop a roadmap for operationalizing a Development Cooperation and Partnerships Platform.
Period of assignment : 20 days over 2 months
Requirements:
Master’s in Development Studies, Public Administration, Economics, or related field + 7–10 years’ experience in development cooperation, aid coordination, and institutional capacity assessments.
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
