About the Role

We are looking for an Incentive Compensation Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. You will act as a strategic partner to the business and support our GTM strategy through compensation design, strategy, analytics and operations. Working alongside a team of business strategists, you will be autonomously leading strategic projects that help us accelerate our global revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design, strategy, and operational cadence of our global incentive compensation process for sales, success and all GTM functions
  • Identify incentive KPIs and key revenue drivers and that align with our top-line business objectives and propagate revenue growth
  • Develop scalable mechanisms to automate and integrate systems to seamlessly track and payout our GTM teams
  • Capture and maintain business requirements, playbooks and documentation to ensure all commissioned teams have clear understanding of their incentives
  • Partner with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or GTM operations function focused on incentive compensation (preferably in SaaS/Technology)
  • Proven experience developing incentive models that drive intended GTM behavior to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage multiple complex projects end-to-end, from design to execution, to delivering outsized impact
  • Outstanding modeling and presentation skills with demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up
