Looking for an experienced phone sales professional to call on incoming leads.
The right candidate will have experience closing over the phone and a history of consistently selling over $50,000 per month in gross sales.

Our packages range from $2,500 to $25,000 with both one-time and ongoing monthly coaching packages. Our commission plans are uncapped

This is a commission-based opportunity that operates through gross sales, not profit.
Duties will include;
- Paint pictures to build value
- Use rebuttals to overcome objections to generate sales
- Inform customers of our financing partners & options
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Answer incoming transfers from Junior closers to overcome objections
- Record the customer’s personal information, detailed and accurately, with our CRM software
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information with CRM software
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Skills;
- Proven experience as closer over the phone
- Overcome rebuttals
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, bilingual a plus
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Requirements:
- Have a smart phone with internet access and social media
- Have a laptop with internet access
- Have a strong drive for success
- Must be able to navigate our CRM systems
- Moderate computer skills required
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Experience:
- minimum of 2 years sales experience
