Job Summary
Under the general leadership of the Director of Implementation, the Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation of LanguageLine Solutions (LLS) products for clients utilizing the basic concepts of project management to ensure all required and associated tasks are completed in a timely and thorough manner to ensure a successful rollout.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead and/or support the implementation processes
- Conduct client research on internal and external resources to get a basic understanding of the client
- Conduct meetings with sales representatives to gather basic information about the client
- Conduct and lead client meetings to understand client needs
- Analyze data/information gathered to be able to identify gaps and opportunities
- Draft instructions for clients on how to access services
- Enter orders of materials and equipment in internal system, Salesforce
- Manage and keep up to date, the implementation documentation in the internal system, Salesforce
- Draft written plans and reports in Word & Excel for the client and the supporting team
- Document tasks, activities and correspondence in the internal system, Salesforce
- Provide travel and lodging logistics for the team
- Organize the team prior & during the implementation to ensure team success
- Install, connect, demonstrate and troubleshoot LLS phone and video equipment
- Provide end user training on-site or remotely
- Wrap up the roll out with written reports in Word and Excel
- Meet and exceed established implementation process milestones and goals
- Establish and nurture costumer relationships
- Support LLS Sales Team with training or other implementation-related needs
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- College degree at a minimum
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of basic project management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts to accommodate customer needs and requests
- 5+ years’ work experience in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of the interpretation and translation industry preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
- Good follow-up skills; the ability to understand and develop the “big picture”; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of importance and ownership
- Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented
Typical Physical Activities
- Constantly talking (provide training)
- Walking, standing, kneeling and bending while on-site at customer locations to prep and install equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
Requirements
- Travel required up to 75%
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
