Position Overview:

The role is critical to raising the profile and visible support of Technical related incidents across the system and ensuring quality, food safety and workplace safety are managed and mitigated. It is also responsible for effective process implementation, identifying and developing system capability to avoid repeat incidents and to mitigate other industry trends. Will lead IMCR management in TI&SC area, which includes requirement, validation exercises, corrective actions, communication, knowledge sharing and analytics & reporting. He/she is also responsible to develop, implement and continuously improve the relevant performance models and systems to track risks and OU mitigation plans.

Ensure the Operational Unit Technical Risk Management Framework (TRMF) in place and connected within the global TRMF program and with ERM initiatives.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for representing all Technical & Supply Chain as part of the core Operational Unit IMCR (Emergency Response & Crisis Response) team to include:

  • Active participation in the planning and execution of IMCR training and validation exercises in Operational Unit in collaboration with PAC, Franchise partners, strategic security & Bottler.

  • Direct and routine engagement with Strategic Security and Public Affairs & Communication

  • Active contribution to the ongoing IMCR process and reporting tool refinement/enhancement

  • Providing leadership by interacting with all levels of the organization

  • Engaging directly with senior leadership of Operational Unit to provide status of Incident Management Crisis Resolution response, associated risks, and identified next steps

  • Leading/co-leading Incident Management Crisis Resolution response & ensure effective Technical response to Incident Management Crisis Resolution events globally and provide direction and guidance to the local teams

  • Implement and closely monitor Global technical risk management framework with proper reporting for OU.

  • Ensure Technical Risk Management Framework (TRMF) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) systems are up to date and Operational Unit level mitigation plans in place

  • Responsible for managing Incident Management Crisis Resolution related communications with corporate and Operational Unit LT. Communication includes incident, action plans and follow up on mitigation activities.


Education Requirements:


Related Work Experience:

  • > 5 years experience in leading scale transformation programs, change management.

  • Field experience within or with Company bottler, beverages manufacturing or food manufacturing industry preferred.

  • Proven track record in Technical/QSE operations outside of QSE strongly recommended.


Functional Skills:

  • Risk/change management: understand the impact of change and the need to be purposeful in both communication and actions

  • Expert knowledge of the TCCC process or similar processes for incident management and crisis resolution

  • Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies. Demonstrated examples of tools used in the solving of quality problems/risk.

  • Quality Assurance Principles: Knowledge and application of quality cost analysis, inspection, corrective action planning, customer and consumer satisfaction tracking, internal monitoring in order to detect and correct non-conforming information, materials or processes using modern quality problem-solving tools

  • Manufacturing: Knowledge of process operating conditions and requirements leading to the safe manufacture of quality products e.g. GMP, GxP, HACCP, GFSI, OSHA. Food Safety: Ability to apply understanding of the physical, chemical and microbiological causes of food
