JOB VACANCY – ICF FILING ASSISTANT POSITION (BUTHA-BUTHE)

Job Summary
The ICF Filing Assistant will support the research team by ensuring accurate, complete, and systematic filing of Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) for study participants. The assistant will work closely with study staff to maintain proper documentation aligned with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
• Review ICFs for completeness and consistency prior to filing
• File ICFs in the designated participant folders according to filing procedures
• Maintain a filing log for tracking ICFs
• Ensure all ICFs are easily retrievable and well organized to prepare for future audits
• Handle participant documents with confidentiality and integrity
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
• COSC/LGCSE qualification; Diploma will be an added advantage
• Experience working in a clinical or research setting is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
• Familiarity with ethical and regulatory requirements related to participant consent is desirable
