In-depth understanding of/ experience and implementation of BBBEE scorecards and reporting

Training initiatives -reporting, implementation, reporting and review

Governance & Compliance -reporting & controls

Trusted HR advisor to the business

Recruitment support

Leading new employee orientation

Policies & Processes development and improvement

Employee Engagement

Leading internal employees communication on various subjects

Benefits administration
-
IR: Grievances and disciplinary investigations management
-
Interacting with and counseling all levels of management, salaried and hourly employees to assist and resolve a wide variety of personnel, and benefit-related issues
-
Interfacing with Corporate Human Resources, Compensation + Benefit and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee issues and problems within HR areas
-
Serving as a liaison between process owners and the service center groups
-
Payroll support and backup
- Excellent comprehensive knowledge of HR competencies, policies and procedure implementations.
- Excellent and strong computer skills – MS Office
- Solid, advanced Excel skills -reporting, analytics
- Professional Presentation skills – electronically as well as facilitation thereof
- Energetic and cooperative – Adept at motivating others, and leading through example.
- Transforming culture, building corporate infrastructure and engaging employees proactively
- Innovative thinker with excellent leadership qualities
- Excellent in influencing people
- Able to motivate and negotiate with people
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in daily work and to changing strategies procedures
- Developed constructive work relationship with broader HR team and clients to ensure effectiveness of Shared Services processes and delivery
- Vast solid knowledge of various areas of human resources facets including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and company policies and procedures

Must have excellent knowledge of and interpretation of South African labor legal legislation and requirements and specifics

College or university degree or equivalent experience

The ability to maintain confidentiality

Very good problem-solving, and planning and organizing skills
-
Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals at all levels.
