Position
Human Resources Practitioner (Volunteer | Fully Online)
Who We Are Looking For
Young HR professionals who:
- Understand that people systems drive climate impact.
- Are passionate about youth leadership, sustainability, and justice.
- Are ready to contribute skills to a growing national institution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years HR-related experience
- Practical knowledge of Digital HR tools and systems (e.g. HRIS, digital recruitment platforms, online performance management tools, document management systems, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote/online environment
- Strong administrative, ethical, and organisational skills
- Commitment to social impact and climate justice values
