Human Resources Officer (CL)
JOB DESCRIPTION/ PURPOSE
To provide Human Resources advice and service to management, employees, and Contractors of the Mine in respect of HR related functions and reporting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a medium to large entities;
• Degree Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organisational Development, or similar field;
• A Postgraduate in Human Resources or equivalent will be an added advantage;
• Solid knowledge of HR, IR, OD interventions, and Lesotho Labour Laws.

N.B. These are Mine based positions on a rotational cycle. Applicants must be aware of the remote location of the mine, approximately 130km East-North-East of the Lesotho capital Maseru, 360km South of Johannesburg. Being a remote site, we require our staff to always show courtesy and cultural sensitivity to fellow Team Members and the surrounding local communities.
