This is a 9 months contract
Corruption Watch is a non-profit organisation launched in January 2012. We rely on the public to report corruption to us. They use the reports as an important source of information to fight corruption and hold leaders accountable for their actions.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice to members of staff and managers on company HR policies, practices, and procedures
Work hand in hand with the Office Manager to coordinate recruitment, selection and induction process
Support coordination of the performance management cycle
Collate all staff development needs from the annual performance appraisal and present a report to the management team for considerations
Ensure that employee records are kept up to date (i.e. training, recruitment, leave information)
Provide HR support and advice to staff
Facilitate communication between the staff and management
Work with the Head of Finance and Admin to administer employment contracts renewals and terminations
Perform other HR functions as delegated
Requirements:
A minimum of five – ten years’ experience in HR and administrative role
Diploma or Degree in relevant field of study or work experience and subject knowledge to compensate for that (i.e. recognition of prior learning)
Ability to work in a team
Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and follow-up skills
Innovative
Problem-solving skills
