Human Resources Officer
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various Human Resources Functions, which include Recruitment, Staffing, Training and Development, Performance Monitoring and Employee Counseling.
Job requirements:
- Serve as a mouth-piece for the wellbeing of employees.
- Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
- Provide information and assistance to Staff, Supervisors and the Management Team on Human Resource and work-related issues.
- Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on Pay and Benefits Systems.
- Prepare payroll on monthly basis with all relevant transactions.
- Detect and handle complaints, disputes, and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the Management Team.
- Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.
- Assist expatriate staff with the processing of work permits registration with their respective councils and credential assessment.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications and work experience:
The candidate should hold a BA Degree in Human Resources Management or BA Degree in Public Administration or related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the similar field.
