- Degree in Human Resources Management/ Public Administration or any other related field.
- 5-years work experience working in the Human Resources Office. Incumbent should:
- Possess objectivity and critical thinking skills
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical capabilities
