Cell Power intends to expand existing base and further introduce other technologies to improve its service offering, enhance consumer satisfaction, convenience and experience. Human Resources Manager
Main Tasks
Development, documentation and implementation of corporate wide HR
strategies, policies, procedures and processes
Lead and provide direction in HR functions, namely recruitment, staffing, training & development, performance monitoring and employee counselling
Ensure adherence to adopted HR practices, lead and advise on appropriate action upon any transgressions
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Public Administration / HR with 5 years experience within HR function
Masters Degree in Public Administration / HR or an MBA with 3 years experience within HR function
Key Competencies
HR management, JP & JD development, performance management, review and recognition methodologies, skills gap analysis and training intervention
Knowledge of relevant legislations, industrial relations, policies and procedures
Supervisory, team building, negotiations and problem solving skills, inc effective verbal, listening and communications skills
Computer skills with ability on spreadsheets, word-processing, presentations etc at highly proficient level
