When we welcome you aboard we ll introduce you to the SureSwift Capital Operations Team, and Department Leads. These are the people you ll work closely with day-to-day.
Once you get settled in and learn more about the team, your day to day activities will look something like this:
- Support hiring efforts including including recruiting, interviewing, hiring
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Assist with the quarterly and annual review process
- Prepare HR communications
- Work with the Finance Team on timekeeping and payroll updates
- Support employees when human resources issues arise with efficient problem-solving
- Process record updates in the HRIS and create reports
- Assist with all internal and external HR matters
- Assist with benefit administration and benefit related questions
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Your Experience
- Associates or Bachelor s Degree
- 2-3+ years of experience in the human resources field
- Prior experience using various HRIS and ATS
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with teams outside of the US and in multiple states
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial/startup environment
- Experience working with remote teams
Compensation varies with experience and qualifications. This job is a full time remote / work from home position.
