Human Resources Coordinator (CU)
JOB DESCRIPTION/ PURPOSE
The incumbent is responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs, improves policies, processes, and practices, and ensures that the HR systems are as efficient and high-performing as possible.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 8 years’ experience in a similar role in a medium – large environment.
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or similar field.
• A Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Solid knowledge of HR best practices, Industrial Relations, Payroll, Lesotho Employment Laws, Organisational Development interventions.

Applicants must be aware of the remote location of the mine, approximately 130km East-North-East of the Lesotho capital Maseru, 360km South of Johannesburg. Being a remote site, we require our staff to always show courtesy and cultural sensitivity to fellow Team Members and the surrounding local communities.
