A Grade 12 plus one year experience in Human Resource Management.

A three year Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added


Applicants must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations and Batho Pele


Experience in human resource administration including PERSAL will be an added



Processing of service benefits transactions on leave, allowances, medical

assistance, long service recognition, pension, resettlement, service termination

and injury on duty.

Compile and keep databases on all issues of service benefits and conditions.

Respond to clients’ enquiries.
