Key Responsibilities
- Handle general HR administration, staff files, and HR system updates
- Prepare payroll data, salary review inputs, and bonus figures
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding
- Support disciplinary procedures and labour law compliance
- Organize staff events, support procurement, and manage uniforms
- Oversee office facilities, cleaner, and stationery needs
- Coordinate internal HR communication and assist in HR projects
Requirements
- A university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in HR role
- Solid knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance in Lesotho
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAGE is an advantage
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll support, and disciplinary processes
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
