We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and support the company’s strategic goals through effective people management. This is a key leadership position responsible for shaping workplace culture, driving talent development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, benefits, and policy implementation.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage performance management systems and support employee development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Maintain and update HR records, reports, and employee data systems.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
- Advise management on human resource planning, succession, and organizational development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Membership and certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., IHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is required.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
