𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Human Resource Manager (HRM)

𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨: General Manager (GM)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Under general supervision of the General Manager, The Human Resources Manager is responsible for extensive interaction with

BSC Employees in all sectors of its Banking Business. Acquisitions, employees Development, retention, remuneration

and administration, digital HR Transformation, Labour Relations and Organizational Development.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

– A Degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent plus minimum of five (5) years in HR environment experience.

– Display sound knowledge of and experience in Labour Relations, Employee remuneration and compensation, Hr administration and Management of employee life cycle and HR Information System.

– Must communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels of Organization

– Fluent in Both Sesotho and English

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

– Facilitates employment of right balanced staff in terms of skills and experience.

– Facilitates staff training and development.

– Develops, advices and implements policies relating to effective use of human resources within the Cooperative.

– Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the Cooperative.

– Facilitates review of salaries.

– Facilitates negotiations with staff and their representatives (trade union) on issues relating to pay and working conditions.

– Administer pay roll and maintains employee records.

– Manages employees’ welfare, discipline and benefits issues.

– Ascertains compliance with national labour laws.

– Assist in performance management processes.

– Offer supervision to subordinates.

– Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

– Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping

human resource information confidential.

– Communicate all issue necessary to different levels.

– Liaise with third parties for Organization / employees benefit.

– Excellent communication, negotiator and interpersonal skills;

– Self motivated and of high integrity;

– Strict observance and adherence to Internal processes and procedures;

– Systematic and disciplined approach to work;

– Ability to analyse and investigate;

– Passion for Internal customer service and good a listener, and negotiator

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬:

A two (2) years employment contract renewable upon outstanding

performance.
