Position: Human Resource Executive
Role Background
The successful candidate will support the Human Resource Manager and contribute to the effective operation of the Human Resource Department. This role plays a pivotal part in employee relations, recruitment, payroll management, and expatriate administration, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage staff training programs.
- Contribute to the Annual Business Plan for the HR Department.
- Support staff development and career progression initiatives.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures annually.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with policy.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Facilitate onboarding of new employees.
- Assist in addressing disciplinary issues with counseling and support.
- Oversee resignation and exit processes with proper documentation.
- Coordinate expatriate support (e.g., accommodation, work permits).
- Collaborate with Finance for payroll processing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with university HR policies and regulations.
- Support general HR initiatives and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Public Administration or equivalent, with minimum 3 years’ experience, OR
- Diploma in Human Resource Management with minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Proven HR experience, preferably in an academic or large organizational setting.

- Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Office, HRIS).
