Room 7 Consulting and Coaching, a leading management consulting firm committed to engineering high-impact people and culture ecosystems, invites applications from dynamic, strategic, and forward-thinking professionals for the position of Human Resource Consultant.
This role presents a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, governance, and innovation, delivering outsourced HR services to a diverse portfolio of clients while working directly under the leadership of the Managing Director and Executive Consultant.
Role Overview
The Human Resource Consultant shall be responsible for delivering end-to-end outsourced HR services, acting as a trusted advisor to client organizations, and ensuring alignment between people practices and business strategy.
The role demands a professional who is not only technically competent but also possesses courage and firmness in governance matters, as well as AI savviness to support modern HR delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, among others:
- Delivering outsourced HR advisory and operational services to clients
- Developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and frameworks
- Facilitating recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Leading disciplinary hearings, investigations, and employee relations matters
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and governance standards
- Designing and implementing performance management systems
- Leveraging AI tools and HR technologies to enhance service delivery
- Conducting HR analytics and reporting for decision-making
- Supporting organizational development and culture alignment initiatives
- Contributing to business development and client engagement efforts
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar discipline with at least three (3) years’ relevant experience; or
- Diploma in a similar discipline with a minimum of seven (7) years’ relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in HR consulting or generalist HR functions
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations and disciplinary matters
