Responsibilities:
The successful incumbent must handle confidential matters sensitively and prevent it from being compromised. Duties will include the following areas:
Personnel
Recruitment
Insurance Claims
Occupational Health and Safety
Benefits
Coordinate volunteers
General
Adhoc duties as requested by the Director or his/her designate.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources
Min of 5 years’ experience.
Experience with HR/Payroll system, knowledge of Workman’s Compensation,
OSHA regulations and labour laws a must.
Driver’s license and competency test certificate, police clearance, form 30 (Child Protection Register check) essential
