Description: To provide a wide range of HR and administrative support services to the HR Department and the Lesotho FHI 360 Office. The Human Resources and Administration Officer provides support to the HR Manager, by assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. Serves as point of contact for employees requiring HR related information. Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements: Degree or equivalent in related fields; 3 years’ experience in a similar role providing HR and administrative support and Knowledge of HR policies, processes and Lesotho Labour legislations; Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and HRIS / Payroll systems; Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; Excellent problem-solving ability.
