HSE DATA & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Letšeng seeks to engage a qualified Mosotho professional with appropriate skills and aptitude to fill the position of HSE Data & Administration Assistant.

PURPOSE: Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, HSE documentation and records management and Office Administration to support both H&S and Environment Sections management for smooth operations.

MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Documents and data control including safekeeping of hard copies
• Maintenance and management of the HSE document and data control system
• Liaising with all departments and sections on monthly statistics
• Consolidation of mine-wide statistics for GRI reporting
• Providing training and guidance to suppliers of data
• Raising requisition orders for the Department
• Managing the HSE share-point
• Managing the incident and action management system
• Training users on HSE Information System
• General administration of Health & Safety Office

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Degree or Diploma in HSE-related Courses and a minimum of one (1) year of working experience as an HSE administrator or HSE Officer in the Mining or Construction industry

• The ability to analyse situations and arrive at the best possible solution
• The ability to perform HSE administrative functions attached to a specific job such as correspondence, documentation management and general administration
• The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels in the organisation
• Ethical and assertiveness
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer literacy

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates will be required to undergo the medical examination of fitness as per the requirements

• This is a three-month contract position based on-site
