HR Services is a department within HR division that’s mainly accountable for the operational delivery of HR Services, aligned with the People Strategy and partnering with the HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise. Your responsibility will include providing advisory services to employees on HR policies and processes, to drive excellent employee experience, act as the communication conduit between HR and Management and to drive a culture of process improvement while ensuring high quality of HR services in terms of accuracy and adherence to service level norms.
You Responsible For
Driving continuous process improvement, data integrity and operational effectiveness
Driving a culture of process improvement, a tight focus on data integrity and an excellent service to HR customers.
Ensuring that staff data is up to date in HR systems and continuously improve HR data integrity.
Proactively be hands on in implementation of HR systems and processes
Working closely with all relevant stakeholders (incl. HRBPs and management) on future Transformation/Transition plans
Acting as a point of contact for all third party service providers to ensure that the service offered to employees meets the expectations and needs.
Sensitizing and inspiring HR Services team to go beyond the immediate deliverables and add great value to HR customers.
Providing advice and guidance to HR Services Team on complex queries working within policies and procedures
Ensuring accurate processing of payroll per budget for all employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved salaries and all related allowances and benefits due to the employees; track and deduct all other payroll deductions.
It Would Be Nice If You have
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management
Minimum Two years HR experience at a Supervisory level
