UNIK Construction Engineering
UNIK Construction Engineering is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join its Human Resources Department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, hiring and onboarding of construction staff.
- Handle employee relations, payroll support and compliance.
- Maintain HR records and ensure labour law compliance on construction sites.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR professional in a construction company.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Must be willing to start work immediately.
- Strong knowledge of Lesotho labour laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
