The scope of work is but not limited to detailed design and construction of tailings conveyor and residue storage facility for the existing mining and process operations. Collection of water and management of such, drilling, blasting, load and haul services at Liqhobong Mine
TCL is searching for experienced, enthusiastic, result oriented and resilient Lesotho citizens to occupy the following position:
POSITION: HR Officer (1)
JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
- Ensure all aspects of HR Support are in line with company guidelines and HR practises.
- Ensure that TCL policies and procedures are developed, well documented and communicated to employees.
- Prepare Monthly HR reports.
- Responsible for recruitment process to source appropriate staff for operations.
- Drive, in partnership with line managers the successful implementation of the succession and localisation planning.
- Assess staff annually for developmental purpose and ensure adequate feedback is provided to employees.
- Coordinates and organise training and HR induction for employees.
- Facilitate and participate in employee relations related meetings and attending to grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labour law.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in mining environment.
- Computer literacy (Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must possess valid light vehicle driver’s licence.
