Vacant Position: Human Resources Manager Shared Services
Reports To: Country Management
Location: Maseru
Division: Shared Service SBV Services Lesotho & Security Unlimited

Purpose:

Provide a full HR Generalist function, ensuring the enablement and support for all the HR and Business Unit/s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partake in all the allocated ingenuities, projects, and process re-engineering initiatives, identifying and providing high level HR support and guidance
• Partner with the applicable stakeholders in order to craft and execute projects where applicable
• Liaise with all key internal HR Subject Matter Experts (Training, Remuneration, ER etc.) in order to provide the necessary one stop platform required

• Responsible to oversee and provide guidance for IR Department in terms of HR Policies and procedures
• HR reporting inclusive of management and board reports
• Recruitment and selection
• Performance management
• Headcount management
• Understand and partake in assisting in the Business Continuity Management activities / planning
• HRIS Data Integrity
• Continuous Improvements of MI Reports, process flows and policy and procedures.
• Work permit & residence permits
• People management
• Employee Wellbeing
• Will also be part of a succession plan

Selection Criteria:

• 5 years’ experience within the HR Generalist field on a Senior Management level
• 2 years ‘experience managing a large workforce
• 3 years’ experience in recruitment including the recruitment of management positions
• Proven ability in HR MIS construction and delivery
• Proven experience in project management
• Understanding of Labour Relations and in-country Labour Laws and participation in DDPR cases

Minimum requirements

• C.O.S.C. or LGSCE or equivalent
• BA / BCOM: Industrial Psychology or HR Management
• Computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Reference Letters supporting application
• Reference Letter from Local Chief

and maintain an open communication channel with customer, and to react appropriately to customer demands
• Business Writing Skills: Ability to communicate in an appropriate business-like manner, effectively transferring the intended message to the audience, attracting the reader’s attention, using the most suited form of communication (e.g. letter, memorandum, report, minutes, etc)
