Job Summary
TTC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and team player with strong interpersonal skills, ensuring the college attracts, develops, and retains top talent while promoting a positive workplace environment and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the college’s goals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of all staff
- Develop performance management systems for the college
- Oversee performance management and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and college policies
- Administer compensation, benefits, and professional development programs
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and engaging work environment
- Handle employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution
- Undertake disciplinary action as needed in accordance with policy guidelines
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for senior management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years HR management experience, preferably in an educational or technical institution
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems)
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage
