WRES Senqu Bridge JV is joint venture constituted for the execution of the Senqu Bridge project on behalf of the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA). The project will be based on the A1 Road, at approximately 10km from Mokhotlong. The main works consist of the construction of a 16-span, continuous box girder deck constructed by the incrementally launched method, with a length of 825 meters, plus the related access roads. The expected duration of the project is 3 years.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Sound Knowledge of Lesotho Labour Laws.
  • Knowledge of Payroll System (Sage VIP).
  • Knowledge of Labour Relations.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
