Internship Opportunity: HR, Industrial and Labour Relations Consulting Intern
Core Solutions Holdings is seeking a passionate, driven, and professional individual to join our team as an HR, Industrial & Labour Relations Consulting Intern.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations (IR), Labour Relations (LR), Employee Relations, and Business Consulting, while also providing administrative support across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR, IR, and LR consulting assignments.
- Conduct research on labour legislation, workplace policies, and best practices.
- Support disciplinary hearings, grievance procedures, and dispute resolution processes.
- Assist with the development of HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and consulting documents.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the consulting team.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Relations
- Labour Relations
- Employment Relations
- Human Capital Management
- Industrial Psychology
- Organizational Development
- Business Administration (HR Specialisation)
Additional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of labour and employment issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
