Main Purpose

Project Manage HR initiatives and engage directly with CoE Leads and HRBPs across all lines of the organisation
Partner with the Change Management & Organisation Design Lead in the implementation of Org Design initiatives and improve change and organisational effectiveness across SSA
- Support, facilitate and implement Change and Project Management initiatives
- Support the Change Management & Organisation Design Lead in the development of new tools to improve change and project management across SSA and enable our leaders to make data driven decisions
Accountabilities
- Project Manage and track HR initiatives and ensure effective adoption of initiatives to meet business outcomes
Work with Change Management & Organisation Design Lead to provide global input on Organisation Design and Change processes to ensure testing & customisation to local context and needs
Contract and influence SSA HR CoE’s and HRBPs to execute agreed upon project management deliverables
- Define and measure the effectiveness of HR projects; change and organisation design efforts on business outcomes
Manage conversations with relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality execution of process and initiatives
Collaborate with global CoE’s to leverage existing processes and tools and create best practices
Provide reports and updates on all of the above to the HR Leadership and Change Management & Organisation Design Lead to ensure alignment with overall SSA Change and Transformation agenda
Key skills / Experience required
- 3 year HR Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in Change and Project Management
- Experience in managing HR Projects
- Able to drive projects through project management expertise
- Analytic and diagnostic thinking to identify key change and organisation design needs
- Communication and presentation skills to influence with impact in a positive way
- Collaborate extensively across multiple geographies and functions
- Evaluation skills to assess effectiveness of initiatives
- Experience in FMCG and Multinational organisation advantageous
- Project Management ability to lead end to end change initiatives
- Influencing skills to be able to create buy-in and support for engagement initiatives and to influence progress against agreed plans
- Creative skills to design fit for purpose change and project management solutions
- Strong ability to deliver high quality outputs
